General Information

The Second International Conference on Theories and Applications of Computer Science (ICTACS’09) aims to provide a platform for research scientists, engineers and practitioners in all areas of computer science to meet and exchange their scholarly works. Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the authors, will be published in the

* Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology (indexed by ISI)

* and/or in the Proceedings of ICTACS’09 as a special issue of The ViPLOK Journal (e-Journal).

Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. There will be both oral and poster sessions.

Prospective authors are invited to submit extended summaries of not more than eight (8) pages including results, figures and references. Topics include, but are not limited to:

* Computation Linguistics and Information Retrieval

* Cryptography and Computer Security

* BioInformatics and Data mining

* Information Theory

* Pervasive Computing

* Software Engineering
