ELATE’07 workshop is organized by Ho Chi Minh City
University of Natural Science. The purpose of this workshop is to provide
an open forum for researchers and developers in IT and education areas to
present, discuss, and share research-related ideas, results, and
experiences in ‘e-Learning Architecture and Technology’. The workshop is
designed to allow in-depth discussions about workshop themes, but also
informal exchange of ideas and experiences. We solicit research and
industrial contributions. The ELATE’07 Proceedings will be published by

languages of the workshop are Vietnamese, English, and French. Only
.pdf and
.doc files will be accepted for paper submission. The
text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than
underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures,
and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather
than at the end. All
received papers will be subject to the usual double-blind referee
